De geribbelde kant van de plaat vereist geen olie of boter bij het koken, dus hij is ideaal voor het grillen van vis en vlees voor een gezondere maaltijd. Het ontwerpzorgt ervoor dat vet van het eten wegdruipt, zodat u gebraden, restaurantwaardig eten eenvoudig op tafel zet. De plaat is ook geschikt voor gebruik in de oven.
