Unparalleled baking performance is achieved by combining convection, conduction and radiant heat to cook a variety of foods quickly and evenly. Place this pizza oven on a 3-burner gas stove or barbecue. It is perfect for baking pizzas, breads and cookies. Not only that, you can also cook meat, vegetables and even fish in it. Turn the burners of your stove to “high” and heat the oven for about 20 minutes. Once the desired temperature is reached, the BakerStone pizza oven box is ready to bake pizza in. Note: Cooking performance may vary depending on grilling performance, environmental conditions and other factors.
